Ayiko has been working for more then 5 years in the Ukraine market and is engaged in diverse businesses in the Ukraine. Ayiko operates in the Ukraine from its own office and facilities via its 100% management subsidiary "Ayiko Ukraine Ltd."

Currently, Ayiko undertakes a few real estate developments in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, the third largest city in the Ukraine, which is located in a strong industrialized zone.

The group’s main projects are the construction of two new 10 floor hotel and residential buildings including commercial centre, sport centre and river marina and promenade located directly on the shore of the Dnepr River in the heart of the city.

The other major project is the development of a 500 houses residential neighbourhood on a 37 hectares land plot located about one kilometre from the city entrance on the main highway between Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov. Ayiko is engaged in some other smaller projects in the Ukraine.
